Survivor and TikTok creator JT Laybourne was born with a heart defect called subaortic stenosis and underwent his first open heart surgery at age 4. JT uses his platform to encourage positivity and since 2020 has helped raise over $1,000,000 for the American Heart Association on TikTok LIVE.

Chace was born with a congenital heart disease called Tetralogy of Fallot and underwent surgery at just 2-weeks old. The surgery caused several development delays and Chace was not able to eat by mouth until he was four years old. Although he will need another surgery as an adult, Chace is doing much better and does not have any limitations. He enjoys swimming, soccer, and acting.
